Executive Vice President
Senior Investment Management Consultant
Why I love what I do
While I see myself as a “big Picture” person, it’s the details that can make all the difference. I have always been very good at identifying goals and objectives in both organizations and clients. I love being able to meet with clients face to face, focus on their goals and objectives, and find ways to achieve the desired results. One of my favorite parts of the job is to then develop and present a detailed plan that will have the greatest probability of success. I really enjoy explaining how all the parts of the plan work together and answering questions. I see myself as an educator and find great satisfaction in helping clients understand the investment business.
In addition to my work, I am most passionate about. . .
In the past 9 years, I have been attending seminars and taking courses in religious education. I enjoy learning more about my faith. I facilitate adult scripture study classes at two parishes and enjoy the excitement of not only presenting the material but also answering questions and engaging in discussions. My wife and I are very active in charitable work both in the USA and abroad.
When I’m not at work, I’m . . .
an adventurer! In the past I have day sailed off the coast of California. For 10 years, I was an instrument rated private pilot and would take weekend trips with family and friends to many destinations in the greater southwest. In the first quarter of 2018, I earned my Technician Ham Radio operators license. I plan to become involved with some local area emergency response organizations that work closely with hospitals, police, fire, forestry and Homeland Security. My wife and I love to travel.
